Okay, I'm posting this from one of the computers at Soekarno Hatta's executive lounge. Lia, my elementary school friend is at the airport too, but I can't see her because she's here to pick up her dad and she's not in the International Departure. I have nothing else to do here than to wait for my plane that leaves for Shanghai that was set to leave at 7, then 10, then now, 12 am - than talking to Pennia, HuiXian, Nabila, Giu and Ghalib at ebuddy (did I mention I hate ebuddy?). I've eaten like everything here, from pasta, chocolate cakes, frozen cream puffs, soups, salads, sandwiches, pancakes and drank some of my grandma's beer. Yes, my grandma drank beer so she could doze off at the plane, but no, not my dad. He has to go all sober because he'll get cranky and he doesn't like beer. Like, who doesn't like beer? Haha
The day started with the history test; which I didn't study for yesterday and did this morning, very quick review at the last week's test but then interrupted because I want to see the pictures at the 'Buka Bersama' last week at the computer. The questions were mostly the same so everyone finished the test quickly - everyone except for Adamas who showed up at 8 and by then everyone was already out from the class and there were just me, cigi, tami, nabol and meutia at the class - finishing reviewing on the photos.
It was like a sleepover, without the pillows and the mattress - but we just laid on the class' floor (even nabol wanted to move to the library since it has carpeting, but i was so lazy to even sit up). We chatted, gossiped (we're girls, not that it's meant to be sexist), took (flashback) pictures, r&r meutia's magazine and new TV-shows and filmed a reality TV-show.
Yes, because we're so cool; we filmed reality TV shows at last days of school(even if the story line's kind of messed up)
It's like, so rad. The video might come up soon - depends, if it's too embarrassing to make it (or too long, it was like 20 minutes of something). It won't make the cut in the uploading room (;
I went home at 11, downloaded iTunes and Skype at my mom's laptop and packed for Shanghai - came to the airport and we can't find the plane's gate and told it was delayed. My dad bonded with some families from the same plane (who's suffering like me as well now, but they chose to suffer outside the lounge, fine). My grandma was like held up at the immigration - like my grand mother - a terrorist? That's not humor, that's just plain security stupidity. If you had to ask, yes of course my grandma was fine - she's not a terorist just because she drinks bottles of beer by herself doesn't mean she is.
So now that I lost my hotel reservations due to the delaying airplane, I get to ramble about the very very fugly girl I was standing behind in the line to get into boarding. She was wearing a tank top and keeps kissing her boyfriend - ew PDA (that's so cute, even more than Nick Jonas, yes sorry). And I have this urge to snap her bra-strap. There's a man bringing this huge surf board and a very weird tanned girlfriend of the surfer-boy's.
I realized something today, that my mother dyed her eyebrows. Am I an awesome observer or what? My dad didn't even know until I mentioned it and my mom confessed that her hairdresser thought it was a good idea. She had highlights two days ago - so her previously red brunette is now redder (like in the sun, it'll look so red like Marcia Cross's) because you can't have reddish brunette with black eyebrows(this seems logical but dying your eyebrows doesn't right?). Then my dad has to gone through all his credit cards and passed it to the clerk to check if we can get to the executive lounge without fee - and that he has so many, he just gave the clerk his wallet and asked her to find if anything there qualifies. I'm beginning to think that my parents are delusional; or is it the holiday air?
Okaaay, I'm done rambling, I think I'm going to head to the buffet table and grab some pasta and the chocolate cake - yes, again. I think I've eaten 5 so far - I'm not really keeping count because it'd be scary.
So far I've: 1. Written a blog 2. Bookmarked my own blog at the airport's computer that I've logged in (; (embarrassing but I'm not hiding anything, I'm far too bored) 3. Tasted everything at the buffet table 4. Tweeted 5. Read every Taylor Swift entry at Perez Hilton
I'll be so fat by the time the plane finally boards that by the time I come back 3 weeks later, you won't recognize me!
The amazing Parent-Teacher-Day performance at Friday by my class, the amazing ENXAIN. Especially For You ;) It's not really up until the finish because my mum didn't charge the camera first hand and it was dead halfpart of the song.
Tanjung Lesung trip was amazing and pretty. The bus trip took like 3 hours and the only person who didn't get to come with us was Eki, one of the new kid. We only realized that he wasn't in the bus after an hour trip and by then we were barely in Jakarta - it was pretty cruel. As soon as we got there, Kalicaa Villa, we ate and played in the sand, the view was spectacular. There was Ashley Tisdale'sPicture This showing when we arrived. Delia's suitcase was missing so we went to every door trying to find it and it was at the boy's cottage.
The cottage was awesome, each of it has a pool and a gazebo, the bathroom was open-roofed and there's a huge bathtub. I planned to bathe there with Cigi and Delia, since they were my roommates and we didn't though. We plunged into the pool instead.

We had games planned for us by the people there in Tanjung Lesung. Some of the games were fun like the one that soaked me wet. After the game, I plunged into the pool with Cigi, Delia and Nabol. Tami, Mutia, Hany, Hanna and Gikus were sitting at the gazebo and the deck by the pool. We ate marshmallows, chocolates and Pringles and missed the sunset (although some said that we didn't miss anything).

At night we got a briefing about the next day where we'd be spending it at Peucang Island and it was very scary - the things they told us, like there'd be boars, monkeys and deers. After the briefing me, Cigi and Delia went to Ira, Abi, Gisya, and Erin's cottage - we watched TV at their living room with Alif, Ben, and Giu. After that, we went next door and chatted with Tami, Mutia, Hany, Hana, Gikus, Nabol and Dion. We've talked about school and around 11, we prepared for sleep. Me, Cigi and Delia just bunked in with them because we were too afraid to go back to our own place. There was a little conversation that kept everyone up - it wasn't really funny, but at night it sounded hilarious, something about Jeje and Chorister.
DAY 2 Tanjung Lesung - Peucang Island
We woke up at 5, 30 minutes earlier than the morning call because Tami's alarm with Mika'sLollipop. Me, Cigi and Delia sneaked back to our cottage and realized we've locked the bathroom all day yesterday. We took a shower and pack our things to bring to Pulau Peucang.

At night we were like gathering around this circle and we have like this almost, performing show. We sang and dance and everything. We went to sleep at almost midnight and I had to sleep to my side because it was so crowded in our tent. At 2 am, I woke up and Mutia and I went out. Me, because I was sweating inside the sleeping bag and Mutia because she was hungry. Outside was freezing though.
DAY 3 Peucang Island - Jakarta
Woke up early to see the sunrise, although we could barely see it - it was like, it's suddenly bright. I had toast with maple syrup (breakfast was tasty). And I was thinking, we slept in a tent, get a non-absorbent towel, and we were eating out from a nice big porcelain plate. Then we went tracking to see bulls and birds..
There was like a fresh poop in the middle of the way, and me and Hanna was like
Me: It's still shiny! So it has property of a metal! It's also ductile and malleable Hanna: Metaloids!

motherhood of travelling pants and almost april fools

this is a little different, the post title – but my day was still revolved around my friends – monkeys mostly (are we a sisterhood? i don’t know?). back-story, tami told us about the baby at Harapan Kita (the hospital her mother works at) and that a 15 year old girl left a premature baby in the hospital, and if we wanted to take care of it? and appeared in idea; why don’t we nurse it together (?) psh. and hanna was brilliant to come up with “MOTHERHOOD OF TRAVELLING PANTS” but no, we are currently not taking care of a baby together, or shipping a baby one to another once a week. this post is compatible with tami's post
started the day with cigi bringing a plastic cockroach (later on we named as a pet and disappeared and then found again) and scaring us (most hysteric: tami) even though it’s not April fools day, YET - when Mr.Hario didn’t come for class. after we found out it was a trick, tami was still scared. i wasn’t frightened when i saw the front of it and when i turned it over, instantly i threw it and hanna screamed. ha-ha, even when i get her, cigi was still surprised. but nikola, vivi and vina didn’t flinch when i threw it at them. although we surprised some people who passed. and i was still shrieking when alif threw the cockroach to my hair, twice.
then comes chemistry, deacon didn’t have pe so i can’t ogle from the 4th floor and Mr.Taufan came with people that was supposedly observing our class. everyone sit still, listen to the lesson until those people go out and everyone sighed then started to make commotions again. after then, as usual, recess then computer class. we studied macromedia and it was absolutely boring (not to people like leo and mikey who did a very cool animation with it) so i walk around and took a picture of mutia with her ‘ex’. me and the monkeys finally found the legendary blog of billy, after a search full of passion and perspiration. reading the blog was fun (and stupid) but it made me laugh so hard (although it was barely funny).
ALMOST APRIL FOOLS
at second recess, i went down one floor to gather with the Buddhist-s and mostly we teased vivi and jefry all of the time until recess was almost over and i got back to class (after i realized the bell would never rang since electricity was out), and the whole class (i really meant everyone) sat in front of the class (because the electricity was out and it was very hot inside, later i was told) and i felt like i was a fresh new prey. everyone called me to ‘test’ something. i told them all i had a bad feeling about this. adamas then gave me a match (a very fancy one) and said it was a korek naga ‘dragon match’ that only the one who light up the match will see a big fire from the match. i was scared at first, since i didn’t see anyone tried it but i thought that the whole fire was bogus, it must be something else that it wouldn’t kill me most definitely - to try so i go for it. and the fire was: i got electrocuted (is that the right thing to say, it was more like my hand vibrated and i had to drop it and i felt very funny inside). everyone laughed and started to ask ‘what’s wrong’, ‘what it felt like’ and that’s when i realized i wasn’t the last one to be fooled! so i told, that the feeling was unexplainable (which it was) and told them to try it themselves. then i knew that most of the guys (except arya) , mutia and i was the only ones who’ve tried it. we all almost convinced hanna to try it when ma’am maria came (and she was very curious herself). cigi wanted to try but she was scared, and we (who’ve been fooled) told that her the others that “(insert name), you won’t be able to sleep out of curiousity if she didn’t try it”. and i was right, she said she kept thinking about the match while doing her retake. but all and all, the funniest moment today of the “korek naga” have to be when mikey accidentally pressed the wrong button and got electrocuted and in reflex, he threw the match (it was made of steel) and hit maxi right on the eye. i wanted to feel bad, but everyone was laughing aswell. ever since that, people who are trying the match have to sit down so that they don’t injure other people (note this if you have one and trying to fool others)
at math, those who didn’t have to do the retake can do the IGCSE past paper 2 in front of class (because inside it was hot, the electricity was still out). some of the regular kids who passed was fooled as well. hanna finally tried the match. gitasya, abi and ira realized that the match had a lightning symbol carved on it (i noticed it earlier and i thought it was an “N” that stands for “Naga”) and that there was a positive and negative symbol that they was smart enough not to try it. but Mr. Taufan who’ve been fooled once (by arya) then tried it again and again – weird.
then i went home, take a nap, then go to mandarin course – and toni was extremely harsh; reviewing all the lessons for our final test on friday and i blanked, as usual, i relied on hans mostly and adi didn’t even bother to review. i went home, watched 90210 and brothers & sisters then sleep.
Today's midterm, indonesian langauge and physics. This time, there was a seating chart (unlike the last midterm) and I didn't study mostly all weekend (I was fasting at Saturday and onlining at Sunday). I was so physced that the teacher didn't come at 9 (schedule says indonesian's test over on 9), and went downstairs to eat. john deacon was there, feel like flying (: and cigi took his picture (more like his butt) ;)
Went home, and sleep, mostly - wake up, sync iPod, check facebook and helped shur with her website (:. shur was adorable (not helpless). I haven't study civics a bit and let's hope everyone else hasn't aswell (:
HAHA - Stupid banget yah hari ini. Sekolah biasabiasa aja ama si mangki-mangki aneh. Terus, pulangnya gua ke Lemuel - janjinya ama si Andry, kalo ujan, gua kagadateng; tapi yeh, mendung jadi gua datengdateng aje. Nyampenyampe ada Elis ama Nael -____- gua kira balikan, gua nanya ke Salim katanya kagak, gua tanya ke Charlie, katanya tadi iye, kepergok -,- Yaaah, pokoknya abis itu gua nelpon Andry, marah (?) mungkin, soalnya abis udah nyampe tinggal berlima. Lydia, Lisa ama die udah balik duluan aje.
Terus karena gua kebelet, Elis nemenin gua ke WC SD. Terus dia cerita daah, cerita apa dah gua lupa. Pokoknya udah baekan ama Nael (y) - terus balikbalik si Nael diceramahin garaga masuk SCI (?) ama Pa Itop -__- Die balik duluan (mungkin cape diceramahin pa itop), ninggalin Elis (loh). Eh, terus gua di sekap ama Elis kagaboleh pulang, suruh nemenin dia nunguin ojegnya (padahal dia kagatau ojegnya yang mane). Tadinya karena udah gerimis, gua mau balik ama Salim; tapi tibatiba Budhi lewat, jadinya terus dah ber5 di depan warteg.
Pas Elis udah dijemput, gua mau balik (kan udah terang lagi) jadinya gua mau jalan dah. Eh, si Budhi nawarin nganterin (y). Tapi gua turun beli pulsa, kagada pulsa. Jadi sementara ini gua kagada masa aktif yeah -,-
STUPIDNYA HARI INI.. Pulangpulang kan udah jam 4, jadinya gua mandi terus langsung tidur abis makan coklatnya bunda (HA). Terus, bangunbangun kan gelap di depan soalnya ujan, gua liat di jam hape udah jam 6.15 - Jah, gua kaget lah - terus langsung lompat, bangun. Terus gua liat, Daniel belom sms kaan. Jadi gua ke depan, Mbag Maya masih belom di dapur, lampu kamar nyokap gua nyala. Jadi gua ngetokngetok ke kamar nyokap, terus bunda buka. Ini loh:
Gua: Loh, bunda - ini jam berapa? Bunda: Setengah 7 kurang, kenapa? Gua: Lah? Berarti aku telat donk? Bunda: Telat ngapain? Gua: Kan masuk setengah 7, ini udah 6.15 (gua udah panik nih disini keanya) Bunda: Aduuh, yeshica stupid - ini 6.15 malem -____- STUPID.
Abis itu, gua tidur lagi kaaan. Bangunbangun, nonton American Idol; bokap udah dicertain dah ama nyokap gua. Bokap gua bilang, sleepwalking kali (?) hahaa, mungkin aje. Tapi gua sadar dah inget (?) Hah, udah - males mikirin. Malah HX lebay banget cuma garagara gua ngomongin bikini girl. Tapi udah baekan lah - keanya belakangan ini gua keselan mulu. Terus gua chatting ama Hannah, tapi keanya dia sibuk jadi ngebalesnya kaga bener. Tapi pas giliran Alan aje.. ;)
